Kuwait has ordered sixteen AH-64D Apache Longbow combat helicopters from the US for $900 million. This includes the Longbow radars, a supply of Hellfire missiles, and a stockpile of spare parts. Delivery is at least a year away and probably two. The UAE is considering the purchase of five used E-2C Hawkeye radar planes, and would pay to upgrade them to the improved Hawkeye-2000 configuration.--Stephen V Cole
