The British Royal Air Force has delayed a decision on buying a new aerial tanker (as it pressures the two bidders for better deals) and has been forced to accept a delay of the in-service date from Jan 07 to Jan 08. The two bidders are EADS with the Airbus-330-200 and a consortium led by British Aerospace offering the Boeing-767.--Stephen V Cole
