In another bid to stop the US missile defense system, Russia has proposed creating a joint mobile missile defense network for Europe. This would amount to selling the Europeans Russian S400 missiles which could be deployed to protect key targets during a crisis, and redeployed if a different threat presents itself.--Stephen V Cole
