Iran has begun series production of the Shahab-3 ballistic missile, which has a range of 1,300 kilometers. Iran cannot build the massive liquid fuel rocket engines for this, but has 20 No Dong engines it bought from North Korea in 1999, and Shahab-3 is in fact a copy of No Dong. Iran's nuclear weapons program is thought to have reached the point that sanctions and export controls cannot stop the country from --Stephen V Cole
