Several hundred active duty military personnel plan to launch a class action suit in the US Supreme Court saying that they were unlawfully denied the right to vote in the 7 Nov elections by policies of the Clinton Administration. They seek restitution in the form of either new federal rules that would ensure all soldiers get to vote, or exemption from Federal taxes for the next four years.--Stephen V Cole
