Ten years after the end of the Cold War, the United States is finally shifting the huge war stocks of ammunition, equipment and spare parts from Europe to other areas (mainly the Persian Gulf and Korea.) The exact extent of these stocks is secret, but one thing that has delayed moving them is the significant shipping cost. Money has apparently been found and the movement will soon commence.
