The European Court of Human Rights has rejected an Argentine lawsuit against Britain for the sinking of the cruiser Belgrano during the Falklands War. The parents of two Argentine sailors sued, saying Britain had no right to take the lives of their sons outside of the exclusion zone. The Court said it could not hear the case because the Argentineans had not exhausted all possible remedies in British courts.--Stephen V Cole
