With Special Forces and Rangers in big demand, the U.S. Army has awarded bonus pay to these troops. While only $110 a month, it makes a difference in troop morale and likelihood that a soldier will reenlist. There are already cash bonuses of up to $32,000 to get senior Special Forces troops to stay in for a few more years.
