The Navy is running out of money. At least 21 ships in the Atlantic Fleet have had scheduled maintenance or overhauls canceled. The Pacific Fleet has cut back on fuel, bringing ships back home early from missions, canceling training exercises, and eliminating some port calls.--Stephen V Cole
