The Northern Alliance says that the Taliban are massing forces for another Summer offensive. The Northern Alliance also announced that they would consider any foreigners fighting with the Taliban as spies, not soldiers. Captured spies are executed. The Northern Alliance insists that the 5,000 man Taliban force massed against them contains 2,500 Pakistanis and 800 Arabs. Anyone in the capital have  noted that for the last week, more and more heavily armed Taliban troops have been seen driving around in their favorite vehicles' Japanese pickup trucks.
