The capture of senior al Qaeda leader Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (and his laptop computer) in Pakistan on March 1st quickly led to a shift in anti-Taliban operations in Afghanistan. New areas were visited by American troops and leaflets were dropped in the Spinboldak are of southeastern Afghanistan, offering a large reward for al Qaeda's number two man, Ayman al-Zawahri. It's thought that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's laptop gave up more useful information than its owner did.
