Hungary has declared that it and Hungarians living in other countries (e.g., Yugoslavia and Romania) form "a single and indivisible nation" and that it will not accept anything less than Hungarian minorities in other countries being able to attend schools taught in Hungarian and have Hungarian newspapers and television.--Stephen V Cole
