US President George W. Bush to Serb President Vojislav Kostunica that US aid to Yugoslavia depended on what steps Yugoslavia takes to cooperate with international war crimes investigations. A Bush spokesman said that Milosevic must face justice for his international crimes. That all but says turn Milosevic over.
