Albania reported a terrorist incident in Tirana. A Chinese-manufactured grenade blew up in a fruit and vegetable market and injured nine people. Two people were seriously injured. One Albanian commentator noted that Albania has elections (for its legislature) scheduled for June 24. No group has yet taken responsibility for the incident.
