Russia, Greece, and Bulgaria announced that they will build a pipeline that will ship Russian oil from the Black Sea (Bulgarian port) to the Aegean (Greek port). Heres the plan. Russian oil (most likely from the Caspian region) will be put on tankers in the Russian port of Novorossisk. From there it will be shipped to the Bulgarian port of Burgas port. A pipeline will ship the oil from Burgas to the Greek port of Alexandroupolis (about 300 kilometers)..
