The Serbian parliament passed a resolution that reaffirms Serbias claim to Kosovo. The vote tabulation says a lot: 186 for, 23 abstentions, and no vote against the resolution. The vote came after a statement on August 26 by the UNs chief administrator in Kosovo. The UN says Kosovos final status will be determined by the UN Security Council.
