A bomb went off in Sichuan, wounding two people and causing much property damage. This is the 24th bomb to go off in a major city in the last three months. The government blames the bombings on "isolated criminal incidents," while local people and journalists tend to attribute the attacks to a growing number of young Chinese dissatisfied with the way the communist party is running things.
