Tensions between India and Pakistan won't go down much more unless Pakistan actually stops the Islamic militants from using camps in Pakistan and infiltrating into Indian Kashmir. It's obvious that Pakistan has taken only half hearted efforts to stop the movements of the militants.

In Kashmir, three rebels took refuge in a mosque, where they were surrounded and killed by police. Other clashes killed eight rebels, four civilians and seven soldiers. 

The US is selling six C-130 transports to Pakistan for $75 million each.
