Rival East Timorese militias have agreed to cooperate in getting the remaining East Timorese refugees in West Timor back home.  Australia is sending four helicopters and another hundred troops to East Timor. In Central Sulawezi, the head of a Christian militia was arrested. Fabianus Tibo admitted he personally killed 40 Moslems.
