Rebels accuse the navy of attacking a fishing boat off the north coast. The navy says they were fired on by "fishing boats" as they tried to inspect a boat suspected of smuggling weapons and ammunition for the rebels. One of the "fishing boats" exploded when the ammunition it carried caught fire. Such smuggling on fishing boats is apparently still going on, in violation of the 10 week cease fire.
