Uganda reported the Lords Resistance Army (LRA) murdered three people in northern Uganda. One of the people killed was a Roman Catholic priest, Father Peter Obore Oromo. Father Oromo worked in southern Sudan (diocese of Torit). The LRA ambushed his car as Father Oromo was returning from a visit to Kampala.
